These General Terms and Conditions only apply to GESKES certificate courses (CASCN: Certificate Advanced Studies of Clinical Nutrition), but not to patronage courses and\/or continuing education programmes (e.g. university continuing education programmes, SVDE, etc.).<\/p>

Scope of application
<\/b>When registering for a course on <\/span>www.geskes.ch<\/a> you accept the General Terms and Conditions between you and GESKES.<\/span><\/p>

Registration \/ Payment \/ Confirmation

<\/b>General
<\/i>Registration and payment for a CASCN course are made online via www.geskes.ch. Payment can be made via our website at the time of enrolment. After you have registered for a course and paid for it online, you will receive a confirmation of participation, which you must present at the start of the course.<\/span><\/p>

Application deadline
<\/i>The registration deadline is fixed for each course. Courses will only be held if there are sufficient participants. If a CASCN course is cancelled at least 2 weeks before the start of the course due to an insufficient number of participants, the course fee will be refunded in full. For courses with a limited number of participants, registrations will be considered according to the date of receipt.<\/span><\/p>

Right of cancellation
<\/i>Cancellation of a course involves administrative effort. If you cancel up to one week before the start of the course, we can refund the course fees. If the cancellation is made less than one week before the start of the course, the entire course fee remains due and will not be refunded.<\/span><\/p>

Payment methods
<\/i>Secure payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Twint), PostFinance Card.<\/span><\/p>

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
<\/b><\/span>These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. The registered office of the association is the location of the secretariat and this is accordingly the place of jurisdiction.<\/span>
