En combinant des approches pr\u00e9ventives et th\u00e9rapeutiques, la nutrition clinique est un pilier des soins modernes en milieu hospitalier et ambulatoire. Nous nous engageons pour une formation post-gradu\u00e9e et continue dans le domaine de la nutrition clinique et du m\u00e9tabolisme, qui est bas\u00e9e sur les preuves, interprofessionnelle et orient\u00e9e vers la pratique.
