Information on GESKES Days and patronage courses
The aim of the courses in clinical nutrition (GESKES courses and courses with patronage) is to guarantee a qualified and wide-ranging further training programme in clinical nutrition in all parts of Switzerland.
GESKES Days
GESKES Days are organised and held independently and company-neutrally under the responsibility of GESKES with local course organisers. They are integrated into the GESKES CAS curriculum in cooperation with Bern University of Applied Sciences.
The GESKES Days are financed directly by GESKES. Contractually defined sponsoring partners are given the opportunity to exhibit.
Patronage courses
Patronage courses are training courses recognised by the GESKES, but organised and run by bodies other than the GESKES.
- They are independent and are organised solely under the auspices (known as patronage) of GESKES.
- GESKES credits are awarded on the basis of the programme.
- The patronage courses are held at the Course programme the GESKES has been published on the website.
- The course organisers bear sole responsibility for the sponsorship concept and their partners.

Any organisations or individuals interested in organising a GESKES Day are welcome to contact us at kurse@geskes.ch Please register and we will inform you of the next steps. Not all proposals can be included in the course programme. To ensure a balanced range of courses, we take into account the variety of topics and the distribution of course dates when making our selection.
The deadline for submitting course proposals for 2027 is 28. August 2026.

GESKES patronage courses can be submitted on an ongoing basis.
