Änderung des Vergütungssystems per 1. Januar 2027
Per 1. Januar 2027 wird die Vergütung der künstlichen Ernährung zu Hause vom bisherigen System über die Krankenpflege-Leistungsverordnung (KLV) auf die Mittel- und Gegenständeliste (MiGeL) umgestellt.
Die GESKES setzt sich im Rahmen dieser Umstellung für eine qualitativ hochstehende, wissenschaftlich fundierte und an den WZW-Kriterien (Wirksamkeit, Zweckmässigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit) ausgerichtete Versorgung ein.
Sobald verlässliche und definitive Informationen zur konkreten Umsetzung vorliegen, werden diese hier veröffentlicht.
Products authorised by the cash register
The list of foodstuffs for special medical purposes approved for reimbursement by health insurance funds (FSMP list) is the key reference for the reimbursement by health insurers of products for oral, non-tube and enteral artificial nutrition at home. From the August 2026 review cycle onwards, the FSMP list will be managed and published exclusively by GESKES.
The list is updated regularly. Applications from manufacturers for new products and modifications to existing products are accepted on the assessment dates listed below and processed as a chargeable service.

- 3rd quarter: Submission deadline 31 August 2026
- 4th quarter: Submission deadline 30 November 2026
Changes to products already listed
- Deadline for submissions: 31 August 2026

The new submission and review process is currently being finalised. During the transitional period, applications may be submitted using the Registration form and the relevant supporting documents to info@geskes.ch be submitted.
Homecare provider
Home care providers must all be accredited by santéservices and GESKES, with the aim of ensuring high quality and standardisation of care for patients receiving enteral nutrition at home. Accreditation as a home care provider requires that all criteria set out in the guidelines are met. This is verified by GESKES through an audit; if the criteria are met, this is confirmed by certification, which is then reviewed at regular intervals.
